This is the only one I've found that's comfortable and stays in place during daily activities. I don't know understand why more companies don't make this kind of product with a longer stem. The only complaint I have is I can't find a larger size with this feature.

the main thing that drew me towards this purchase was the pic of the overall stem length. i hate the plugs with a small short stem, they never feel comfortable. but on recieving these i am pleasantly surprised to get what i hoped for- a nice long thin stem with a thin flared base that is VERY comfortable to wear ( at least for me) out and about without having a feeling of it getting sucked inside ( like most if not all round base short stem plugs. i do highly recommend this to all.
